As it should sit in a few weeks,
    75 All glass tank
partial coast to coast(about 12-15 inches long and 6 inches deep)
    bean animal overflow
2 Metal Halide 250w Main lighting
2 VHO Actinic(also slots for 2 more, so possibility of 4 actinic or 2 and 2)
Iwaki - 20 Japanese return pump
    30 is gallon sump
    Chaeto in the sump
    GAC reactor
    coralife 125 Skimmer

def going to be looking into them, right now I am focused on getting this thing up.
    SOOOOO an update.
Nothing really done tonight, I am working on school work and can't play with it. I removed all my plumbing from my old tank, and started putting a bit of it on the new one. I will take a pic in the morning if i remember. Right now, all my stuff is sitting in my 80:

you may or may not notice, but I went with my old sump. I am going to build a new sump eventually, but I wasn't happy with my 29 in there. There wasn't enough room to move around.

thanks. I like how the plumbing turned out more then last time. Its a pain to get everything aligned, but it doesn't take up as much room in the back, so this is def a win.

no spots that I can see. The sump looks cool, but I think I may build a custom one.... I am not in a hurry, this one has lasted me 9 months, so whats a few more months, as long as it doesn't leak(still didn't last night)

why would it leak. it'll be fine. how was it working with the abs? was it easy to cut and glue up?

cut yes, glue heck no. I was also using PVC glue. the abs isn't perfectly flat, so you have to pull against the bend while pushing down on the joint. I ended up making a jig with a 2x4 to keep it straight.

On a side note, can you add base rock into an established tank as long as you go one by one?

I am thinking about instead of curing the rock in a separate tank, just putting them in one by one over the next 3-4 months(only about 6 rocks to put in)

I just bought euro hinges like 20 min ago! There is no way they could have jumped, but both my 6 line and female clown are gone. there was at least 12 inches from the top of the water to the top of my 80(it wasn't filled all the way up)

you probably did. It came from a guy over on RC, and he has been in the hobby for 10 or so years(and it sounded like this was the same tank he has had for a while)

The tank is in imaculate condition. The silicone seals were good, and there are no scratches in the tank. I am really impressed with how clear the tank is. Stand looks good from afar, but when you get close, and you do woodworking as a hobbly you notice a few problems. One he didn't use finishing nails, the trim wasn't correctly cut, and his varnishing wasn't very good.

For the price I paid though, I am very happy with it, and although its not the greatest stand, it does look quite nice!

It was a mini-cycle. Everything was taken out of the 30, and placed right into the 80. then a week later everything went from the 80 right into the 75. The cycle was so quick that it wasn't caught with ammonia testing. Very little bacteria died as a result.

and everything is looking good since you know the cycle is done when everything is looking good.... just kidding guys, you just can't see the sarcasm.

I was really careful when I switched everything over to make sure I had as little die off as possible.
