    Do you turn off your skimmer when dosing chemicals? Such as waste-away or refresh. And what chems do you turn it off for?

    Not familiar with either one of those but usually it will tell you on the bottle.

    They are both a Dr. Tim's product. It doesn't mention it unless I over looked it.

    Yes turn off your skimmer for a couple of hours. I use the same products all the time. The skimmer will pull it all right out if you dont turn it off

    And turn it off for all dr tims products they are all bacteria that the skimmer will pull out

    Ya dont overdose just start turning ur skimmer off when u dose tommrow

    U shouldent really need 2part if u have fish only and a couple of corals. It would really just be a waste of money. But no you dont need to turn your skimmer off for that its not a bacteria
