Naw, #2 is always easier, you know what you're in for. When Terra was pregnant with Rachel (#1)we would buy diapers every week until we had a room full of them, we got the car seat set up.. we even went to have it inspected by the fire dept. we read books, had the nursery all set up.. put $100 away every paycheck, started a savings account for her we were ready. But with Courtney it was,"welp here she is... what are we doing for dinner?"

    Congrats Luke!!

Hey everyone!  Been a long time.. Baby was born on Mother's Day and is doing well.  I still am without a tank, but we just bought a home in Washington, and I have a perfect place to put a tank in a wall between two room.  Plus..the home has a crawl space so plumbing will be much easier.

    Hope everyone is doing well

Congrats and happy Father's Day! What part of WA? The Pacific Northwest is a beautiful place to live except for the all the rain.

    Hey Luke,

good to hear from you. Sounds like things are working out really well for you guys. I personally would like to see some pictures of this house you're buying and where the tank is going to rest... Wink

Hey Mike, WA is amazing - and the rain is our favorite part. We live in Buckley which is 30 miles south of Seattle.

I will send you some pictures, we have a big back yard, and yes there is room for a fish tank. Our house has a crawl space so eventually I want to put a tank in and have the plumbing feed run to the garage. I have a septic so not sure if I can run water changes in there. I am a ways from a tank though, I am never home!

I know the freedom of not having a tank at home.
