Re: New Radion Reflectors
Well that's pretty irritating.. This would have sold me on these lights 2 months ago.

Re: New Radion Reflectors
So I guess cost wasn't a factor when you decided on AI's because Radion's are almost twice as much.

Re: New Radion Reflectors
It wasn't the only factor. I decided on AI because of their depth penetrating abilities and the optics changing ability. Radion, which I believe is more advanced fixture. I do like the design of AI's though.

I don't know, I probably will just to see how they work. the thing is, knowing their history these aren't going to be cheap.

Re: New Radion Reflectors
Ha! I agree. For $750 per fixture they should give you extras like this. I wonder if they are plastic like AI's optics? I would guess they are, much less heat retention than glass.

The Vegas look amazing; that video pretty impressive. Just like anything though, you can never stay ahead of the technology. You buy one thing and next week something better will come out. It's much like computers, the biggest and fastest computer today will be obsolete next year; technology is moving fast!!

Re: New Radion Reflectors
Knowing AI the Vegas probably wont be released for another 6-12 months and will be totally different than what you saw in the video. They are the slowest to market company ever...

Yeah, That's what I have been reading too. That's probably the only vegas light they have.

Re: New Radion Reflectors
You would think with how long it takes for something of theirs to come to market that they would be better built and have quality components. The arm for the nano and the old mounting brackets for the SOL are probably the worst LED accessories ever. At least they released newer/nicer mounting arms.
