    i want to buy one of these skimmers... they're expensive.
    Trying to see if i can find one used or a link to a reputable source with low prices.

    or any suggestions for a cheaper skimmer that works the same or better(its for a 29gallon cube want to keep lps and sps

    Have u looked at the aqua remora hang on vack skimmers? Thats what i use and it works great

    I have, but unfortunately im limited to an in tank skimmer because of space.

    at this point i think i'll resort to shitty lunches for a week or 2 ;-)

    Ive used the Tunze skimmer, and while I like a lot of their products, this is one that I do not like a lot. It is difficult to adjust and very touchy. You would almost be better off with a mod'd air powered skimmer or some cheap DIY than the Tunze for a nano.
