I really need to get this thing out of here.. Trying to reduce the clutter in my house.. People from LA keep flaking on me.. $50 to anyone who can come pick it up immediately.. I don't know if it is tempered, and I don't have the time to check.
Standard glass tank, with the black trim, thin euro bracing (approx. 1.5") all the way around. Measurements from the outsides of the black trim:
45.5x 24.5 x 13.5

Not drilled. The glass seems to be water spotted in a few spots with a slight haze.. I'm sure some kind of chemical can remove it..
