Haha thanks, I used to make it every week practicing for the chili cook off! I didn't know if you guys like it spicy...I could always tone it down.
a few recipe hints:
*slow cook the meat for 4-6 hours with red wine vinegar
*meat used ground beef, cubed beef roast and bacon
*use a dark beer i.e. guiness
*added cocoa powder and brown sugar
*spices used: cumin, cayenne pepper, chipotle powder,hot chili powder, ground oregano, dried oregano, sea salt and pepper
*used red kidney beans, white kidney beans and black beans
