    Hello all,

    Any of you good at building with acrylic? I want to build the sump for my new to me tank but have never messed with acrylic before.
    Know of any good local suppliers for acrylic sheet?

    Camarillo has a very good place for acrylic.

    I have only played with acrylic once, and that was with Jimmy(he showed me how to glue sheets together) We used a 180? gal used tank, cut it down and glued it together. Its not as pretty but much cheaper. One downside was some of the pieces had a slight bow to them, so we had to use a lot of clamps. I have heard a lot of people discourage the reuse of acrylic, but it worked for us.
