I think it would be great if the orders could be submitted, compiled and paid for next week. This way the order can get placed and planned to arrive close to the next meeting. Just my thought. I'm ordering some fish also so I'll have to pick up from Paul anyway when they arrive.

The time frame is orders placed before the meeting, paid at/same day as meeting, then when it comes in we go pick it up. caye and nano, send me your email address(in a PM) and I will forward you the form.

how do we pay for those at the meeting and also for those that don't make the meeting?

Everyone can pay with paypal on the day of the meeting or just cash at the meeting. I am going to send one big payment to paul after I collect all the money.

Hi Everyone,

I emailed a few people individually, but I figured it would be easier to post here. The stock list from my supplier looks very weak this week. Lots of stuff is missing, with a few orders that would actually not be able to get filled. It could change before wednesday, but I doubt it. I have an email in to my sales rep to see. Would anyone be opposed to waiting another week? I could try another supplier, but I have had excellent success with this one and would prefer to stay on with them.

It would definitely be easier for me... its been a scramble to get everything together. Plus I hate bugging people about paying, getting the order in, etc...

I am in no hurry, Derrick I will just pay by PayPal today if that makes it easy.

Sounds good rob, we are working on possibly splitting up the order so some will get it this week, other next. Try and get as many on time as we can given the limits of the vendor.

If you wait another week I wouold be interested in getting a few fish... I will give the info to DW.

We are going to do a split order. IF you want to get what you can this week, and swing back to pauls house again next week, let me know.

I am going to put together a list and send it his way after I hear what people would like.

Oh and his house is in newbury park/TO its like the 4th or 5th exit after the hill(from Camarillo) and only about 1 mile off of the freeway. Took me about 15-20 min to get there from my house.

So a majority of the stuff that was not attainable this week was for one person. We decided to split the order. The only things that were not available to everyone else were - pom pom crab and sand sifting stars. If you ordered these and want a refund let me know, if not and can wait another week or so then I will order them then.

Jimmy, let me know what you want and we can put it on the next order.

Hi Vince, I placed the order last night, so unfortunately yours will be coming on wednesday...I can add on to the order as well for anyone getting in today.

Just to clarify, All orders should be available for pickup tomorrow after 630PM and before 8PM. The have to be picked up before 8 as I will not be available after that.

Hopefully my supplier fills everything I order...sometimes they dont do 100% fill, but we will deal with that when we cross that bridge.
