    Hey guys I've been noticing this white things on my sunset monti for few days but I have seen it on it before

    It's hard to see in your picture. Small patches of white spots? It could be that your coral is slowly bleaching but I can't see it in the pic.

    I know it's not new growth it's just tiny white spots on the center as I look close to it it looks like if it was the white sponges

    If you can i would pull it out and do a coral dip see if and nudiranches fall off.

    Yea this piece along with all montiporas should be removed and dipped to prevent major loss

    in my oppion it does look like it but i would just dip that one monti first see if u get any thing if u dont then put it in a QT to watch it over time and if u do get monti pest then remove all ur montiporas

    i say test only one because from how u have placed ur corals it looks like it would be a little difficult to remove all of them

    I've heard of the dip thing but I've never tried it .. Can anyone tell me how it's done on my sunset ?

    Just go to a lfs or online get a bottle of revive or just ask them for a coral dip and follow the directions on the bottle also a good resource is go on you two or vividaquarium they have a good video on dipping your coral

    Just follow the directions for a coral dip solution. Most reefers use Revive.

    ive never used bayer before but maybe some one on the forms might have used it before.

    i have read it on different forms though that bayer is pretty good though atleast good results

    I have used it follow the directions on socali reefs and you will be set
