Re: quick question
It depends on if you added live nitrifying bacteria or not. After the ammonia cycle, just put them one by one in the tank, for the fish, one per week. Unless you have some big fish, then one every other week.

if possible, move them slowly to the new tank.

Re: quick question

Re: quick question
Did you fill it with live rock or live sand? If so then the bacteria is already in there.
But if you let it sit for a few months, you'll see all kinds of stuff start to grow that would normally get eaten.

Re: quick question
Dr tims 1 and only is a good product to get almost instant cycle. and you're right about the sps. even though the tank is cycled for nitrifying bacteria it needs to mature a bit, there are still many different things going on and trying to stabilize. Place your hardiest corals in first and watch their reaction and that will be the judge as to when you want to try the less then hardy corals.
Good luck

Re: quick question
Just wondering if u r going to add your existing salt water in your new tank? If so that should help with the cycle...
