hmmm Not every SPS has a name this looks like an acropora valida, I see blue and green so that leads me to believe it is similar to a tri color Valida. This is a very common imported coral and if it comes from the wild you cant use a common name that is given to the piece like tyree or ORA gives it. I have a piece that looks identical to ORA Joe the coral but since I know it didn't come from ORA I can not call it Joe the Coral. So I am fairly confident this is a valida very similar to Tri color Valida. But I have been proven wrong many times. Maybe Paul can shed some light on it.

Definitely not a tort. I would guess A. valida - which has the common name "tricolor". But really most guesses at the species of most corals are just guesses.
If when you got it, there wasn't a name and you don't know the lineage of the name then its just a very nice tricolor acro.
