I happen to see this freaky worm in my tank .... What is it ?? Is safe or get rid of it ???

Normal bristle worm, safe and good to have as they clean up uneaten food and dead things in the tank. Just don't grab them with your fingers as the bristles sting/itch a little.

Ok just making sure cuz it was pickling on my turbo snail and got it out with a turkey baster because I've i haven't seen them that long

That's a baby compared to some of the one's I've pulled out of my tank. Just be careful as they can become a nusance and take over the tank if given the oppertunity.
