Post by nikecivic Mon Oct 08, 2012 3:05 pm

There's going to be a CFM in the SF Valley. There is no cost for clubs...

    http://www.socalireefs.com/forums/showthread.php?33950-San-Fernando-Valley-SFV-CFM-2013

We should jump in on this and is always a way to promote the club and the FRAG event!!!!

Yes of course, but we should continue to promote the club and FRAG. Dec. 2 is where we start to advertise FRAG 2013.

We can start with a date and then a location. The first saturday in December of 2013 would be the 7th.

Do we want to have a tentative date of Dec 7th 2013 for next year's FRAG swap?

That sounds like a plan we can ask Chad if he will be around next year and maybe we could do it that way.

Does the club want to have a booth at CFM in Feb? The only issue is the booth fees are very expensive? I think we could have flyers for the next FRAG by that time and start promoting the club again...maybe work on getting more vendors and giving them incentive to register for a booth early. just my 2cents.

I think it's free at RAP. We need to start planning for RAP so we can get a table there.

Maybe do a combined MASVC/SFVR table at RAP? Just a thought. And yes the tables at the SFV CFM are free for clubs :-)

Brent I think a combined table would be great but I would have to discuss that with jimmy and mike.

This event was fun, but it was very slow and not to big of a turnout. I did see a few familiar faces from you guys in the club and thanks for coming out and supporting the show. I got a sweeeet clam, its a A grade gold maxima, stole it for $30 from a random vendor. Rastas and purple death Thanks to our sponsor Paul and Jeff with Fantastic Frags. Also got some Sunny D's from Brent aka Chefzilla. If you didnt make the treck you missed out on some great pieces. Paul went home with a bunch of frags and if you can, I would sugest swinging by to check out what he has left over.
