what kind of info? Vivid has a few in their show room, but you can do all sorts of cool stuff with that. Deep sand bed, macro algae, mangroves, low flow. You wont need a ton of light unless you want sea grasses. Great place to keep anemones and clams too.

I just wanted some general info. What can i keep? What cant i keep? Is it benifitial to have many species of macro algae or just cheato? Is there any specific type i need to have for the sea horses?

So chaeto* is not a good algae for a refugium, typically chaeto likes higher flows and more exposure to movemnt than other "lower" flow algaes. If you want a low flow refugium you can do things like Ulva, Mangroves, Maidens hair, Halimeda, Sea grass etc...You can also have clams, anemones, shrimp etc. I would refrain from too many fish or any fish for that matter. Sea horses might be ok, but a good bit of work and they are hunters, though that is a great environment for them. You can also do sponges in the refugium or other NPS corals if you decide to do very low lighting.

*Not the best...it will still work, but its more apt to grow out of control in a high flow environ...when I tried to grow it in my low flow fuge/sump it died.

The whole point of a refugium is to be a "refuge" from predators, while it might double as a place that exports some nutrients, that shouldn't be its primary goal. If you want straight nutrient export, try remote DSB or algal turf scrubbers, way more effcient.
