Re: Official Quick Intro
I can start, A local guy got me on this site, I have a 29 gal glass tank. Mixed reef, new to reefs not to Salt water. I am working on building a new tank, I was just given a 55 gal tank, so that will be my next project

Re: Official Quick Intro
I'm the old guy Ray. Been here since the begining of teh club and was the second prez.
Got rid of all of my tanks except a 400g mixed reef that going on at least 6 years now. It's been set up that long but has gone thru some changes. I let it go for about a year after a devistating power outage where I lost a lot of my prize fish.
I try and keep it simple. No fancy machines for me and it seems to work. I'm now trying natural sunlight for the tank. we'll see how that works out.
I've kept Fresh water tanks since the early 70's and Salt water since the late 70's. I sat up my first reef tank in 90 and have had one in some form or fashion since. So yea, I've been doing this for a while.
400G in it's heyday.

Tank currently with natural sun light

Welcome!
What are you looking to put into your tank? Where have you been getting your livestock?
