    You can take a 1.5" pvc pipe, cut it in half and line it with aluminum foil and use that as a make shift reflector.

    Now that's Macgyver style bro! I think I can find some reflector material at HD or some "specialty" stores too.

    If I am able though I would rather use manufactured reflectors. They would be more efficient, although I will not be using them in the traditional way.

    I want to use them to create a better concentration of light from my LED strips. I do not have optics on my strips, so this would be a supplement.

    It's for the tank I have now. I want to try and direct the LED light that I currently have. From what I have been reading it is better than nothing, and my LED's don't have optics.
